We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees and contractors who have a direct business related “need to know” basis. They will only access your personal data on our instruction and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have subjected ourselves to keep all basic information about our customers indefinitely, until a opt-out or right to erasure request is made, or Lee Chapel Floors ceases to operate; In which case all data held will be removed and destroyed.

For non-customers or general business contacts, data is held for up to 6 months before it is destroyed.

For financial data, we keep this for as long as is legally required (six years) for compliance, tax and legal purposes.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you. This is called anonymous data.
